Simply put, this has been the best cooking utensil we have found in twenty years. Sadly, I suspect the "One" line is beig phased out in favor of the stainless steel and the popular, but inferior, non-stick.

I especially like the fact that you do not need plastic utensils; metal ones work fine. The pan is everything it was described as, and the only reason I do not give a 5 star rating is that you cannot put it in the dishwasher.
