I also had pear trees, tomato plants, and apple trees all needing to be harvested, canned, frozen or dehydrated, quickly of course, so good tools were needed. It's been my observation that the right tool helps the process go quickly and enjoyably. You can't beat that. The colors made me hesitate to buy this set. I continued my search and found nothing on line that suited my needs quite like this little, pretty set. They were a joy to use.

I use them a couple of them for removing pepper seeds, opening & scraping out beans,& is good for small corner slicing on items. Please know these knive blades are not top quality steel but do a nice job for the money.
