Zojirushi White Rice Cooker:

If you loved having steamed rice always available, consider this basic 3-cup rice cooker by one of the industry's best, Zojirushi. Rice will be cooked to perfection, so you get warm, fluffy results. Features a see-through glass lid, stay-cool handles and a removable nonstick cooking pan for simple serving and clean up. And don't forget if you have leftovers to use it the next day for some delicious stir-fried rice! Note: Although you can use this cooker to prepare brown rice, an additional step is involved. You must first soak the brown rice in water before cooking, at least four hours or overnight for best results. (Item #170848) w4

Works great!

I have had a Zojirushi rice cooker for several years and I don't know how I ever got along without it. Try as I may, I simply could not cook rice properly to save my life. This cooker is so simple to use--just measure the rice, rinse it, put it in the cooker and add water to the proper line. Press the button and that's all there is to it.
This is a smaller unit and it's very basic. However, since I usually use the rice right away, I have no need to keep it warm for hours. I usually make one or two cups (dry) of rice, and that's more than enough for us. It's a small unit which doesn't take up a lot of space, so it has remained in my kitchen, rather than being stored away as a large unit might be.
The interior of the cooker has a non-stick finish, so it's easy to clean.
Because I have been so pleased with my cooker, the unit I recently purchased from Cooking.com was a gift for my neighbor. I have no doubt they will be as happy with it as I have been.
I highly recommend this cooker to anyone who would like a basic unit that does exactly what it's supposed to do--effortlessly make perfect, cooked rice every time.

Very easy to use. Add rice, add water, push a button, wait 15 minutes, get perfect rice. Great value. Will never use Minute Rice again.

Great little rice cooker

For the price you pay for, this is a great little rice cooker. It has very limited warming feature compared to the more expensive ones in the market. But then you can cook small amount to make sure that you don't have a huge leftover. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a small rice cooker.

Good Rice

I have the larger version of this which I use all the time, I bought the smaller one for a gift. It is very easy to clean and makes perfect rice. Most people think they can't cook rice because they are trying to use a pot. Get one of these for perfect, easy rice! I mainly make Basmatti rice but I have also gotten good results with brown and wild rices.
