The mini pizzelle iron by Chef's Choice worked great. Made 3 mini 3" pizzelles perfectly. Liked the feature that allowed a change in temperature to lighten and darken pizzelles. The red and green lights also made it easy to know when the iron was ready. Made both anise and vanilla pizzellles for Christmas to excellent reviews! This item is a winner!

It always looked like such a big project. When I made the first batch I was amazed at how easy it is to make them. This item rocks!
