by JACK L (TIPP CITY, OH) If looks are all you want, you may like this toaster. The toaster's appearance and functions offered are very good. But the operational performance is sorely lacking. The openings are nice and wide but way too shallow. Toast a piece of rye bread and 1/4 of it sticks up in the air. The WORST problem is that it toasts VERY ERRATICALLY. It will leave part of one slice untoasted while burning part of the next slice, on the exact same setting.
