Four pieces come with this set: a heavyweight carbon steel wok for fast, efficient heating, a lid for steaming, a 12-in. bamboo spatula and recipe booklet.
Please note: This pan will not work with an induction stove top.
by Nicholas (Baltimore, MD) 2 reviews Great wok! I haven't even been using water when I clean it and after only four or five uses it has a nice dark sheen to it. Would be nice to have all the wooden parts come off in case you wanted to put it in the oven.

I once had the same wok, by Joyce Chen but it was round bottomed--I love this flat bottomed one for using on my radiant or coil burners. I think the price is great---I recommend this wok to anyone...but YOU MUST SEASON IT AND CLEAN IT THE WAY THEY SAY. Thanks for sending me a great product.
