Good Grips designed their 2-qt. enameled steel Teakettle with comfort and safety in mind. Comfort-wise, you won't find a softer, more cushioned handle than this - it molds to your grip as you lift the kettle. As far as safety, your hands never have to come into contact with the hot steam from the water - by lifting up on the handle, the spout automatically opens to dispense your hot water. The large filling lid is also cushioned so it's easy to open. A harmonic whistle signals when your water's ready.
