All I seemed to do was push the food around the grill, griddle, or pan, before awkwardly getting the food to flip over. With the Original Pig Tail Food Flipper, turning food is a lot easier. At first, I was a little concerned that the business end of the pig tail would pierce my steaks and allow all the juices to run out, but that was not the case. The pig tail makes cooking a lot easier.
