by Jeremy (Des Moines, IA) 1 review This is a great pan, performs very well. Even heat and light weight. Many stainless pans like this are either lightweight and easy to scorch or even heat and very heavy...this pan really is the best of both. The all-clad handle is on of the best out there, others are just too small to have any control.
Free lid and half price...are you you kidding me, by this now! stop thinking about it.
by Kenneth (Alexandria, VA) 1 review I love this skillet, and had been looking for one at the right price for some time now. When it finally went on sale at cooking.com, I jumped on it, and I'm ecstatic with the results thus far. Highly recommended.
by Lois (Muskego, WI) 1 review I've always want a pan like this one and am I glad I finally purchased it. It may be a bit heavy but it browns so evenly and you can use lower heat. I wish I could aford to buy more All-Clad pieces. Will have to keep an eye out for sales. Great buy.
by Judith (Detroit, MI) 1 review Since receiving my pan i have concluded that All-Clad must make various levels of quality. I had always thought of All-Clad as a premium, top of the line, brand. I find this fry pan to be lighter than i expected and, therefore, it doesn't heat as evenly as i had expected. I will use it; in fact, i made a nice frittata in it last night and got even enough heat to do a good job on that. If i could do it over, i would spend more time comparing other pans, in actual stores, and would have even been willing to pay a little more if i found one i thought would be more satisfactory.
I am formerly a professional cook; most times i cook for 2, other times for up to 600. I cook almost everyday.
