this was purchased for a replacement for the one that originally came with my water processing canner. I had been looking for a stainless steel one rather than the ones like the original so it wouldn't rust and become unusable. |

Who knew canning racks came in different sizes! This one is too big for my canner, and not worth returning. I'm probably going to bend the heck out of it so I can try to squeeze it into my canner and get at least a couple small jars in it. Too bad. I thought I'd solved my problem! |

Very nice canning rack made out of aluminium. Heavy guage wire. Wire handles have a new feature that can adjust the depth of the rack while filling the rack but I like the old version so I just changed the handle to the top wire only. Took about a minute with pliers. I've canned about 200 quarts this summer with it and no problems with it yet. |
