About Waring…
Waring has been a household name in quality appliances, particularly blenders, for decades. The company began when Fred Waring, noted bandleader, was pitched the idea for a blender back in 1938. by Barbara (SPRING, TX) 1 review I am very disappointed with this blender. The soft rubber top is hard to fit onto the plastic jar. The blender's harsh noise level makes it unpleasant to use. I do not look forward to making my daily frozen fruit smoothie. Blender does a good job of blending the frozen fruit that lesser powered blenders have trouble doing. I keep a pair of ear plugs in the kitchen!

Hope the blender will last me a life time! For the price it should.... especially since it doesn't have a glass contiainer.
