These handy shears perform a variety of kitchen tasks from cutting twine and parchment to trimming fresh herbs and flowers. The durable stainless blades hold their sharpness, and detach for ease of cleaning.

by Molly (Ottumwa, IA) 1 review I ordered these to replace a pair (another brand) that were too stiff to use. These work easily, but I do agree with another reviewer that you have to be careful not to open them too far because they will come apart. I certainly recommend these and would buy another pair.
by Carla (Creola, AL) 1 review These shears are handy in the kitchen. They can be used to cut-up chicken, effortlessly cut tops off pastic bags and to cut-up veggies. Their lightweight design make them easy to handle and clean-up is a cinch as well as sharpening, because of the come-apart technology. If you are looking for a good quality pair of shears at a reasonable price, look no further. I was so impressed with the pair I've used for over a year that I bought everyone on my Christmas gift list a pair this year including buying myself another pair to use in the garden. The are an excellent buy for the money!
by Martha (Galloway, NJ) 2 reviews These scissors are awesome! My husband is a lefty, and they are easy for him to use. The quality of the materials and the construction is very good. They are heavy duty and can butterfly a chicken with ease. The fact that they come apart to clean is just too cool! LOVE these scissors, and use them just about every night I cook, which is several times a week!
by Kimberly (Glen Ellyn, IL) 1 review These kitchen shears come apart more than they stay together. We had an older pair if Wusthof shears that were NOT this design, and they were functional AND washed just fine. These new shears are sharp and comfortable to use, but not completely functional since if you open them too wide, they separate. It is frustrating, and at times dangerous, when you are not expecting your shears to become two pieces.
by Karen (Orland, CA) 1 review A friend gave me a pair of these scissors when she discovered (as we were about to piece out five chickens) that I didn't have any (and that my chef's knives were really dull, but that's another story), so she bought me Wusthof's Kitchen Shears as a gift. Okay, so maybe her motivation was a little skewed; she's likely to visit again and be faced with whole chickens. :-) The point is that these are really, really great. They're solid. They're easy to handle, come apart and go back together very easily, and they fit my hand well. I bought a pair for my mother when I saw her coveting mine.
