I've done veggies, fish, steak and fruit on this wonderful grill. It's ideal for my radiant stove top and for cooking for one. However, this one had a couple of flaws in the finish (a couple spots of orange paint on the cooking surface). It doesn't affect the performance of the pan, but for the hefty price tag, I was hoping they'd be a bit more cautious with the finish during manufacturing.
This style plan seems to warm up a bit more slowly than the regular fry pan. Just give it the extra time or you WILL have stuff stick to the pan.
