You can take the versatile Petite Roti Roasting Pan by All-Clad Stainless from rangetop to oven to tabletop. Its deep sides accommodate a variety of meats or poultry such as pork chops, Cornish game hens or Tri-tip for two. This roaster will hold a 9- to 11-lb. bird in its nonstick rack. by Joseph (NEW YORK, NY) 2 reviews I'm a budding chef (note: not "cook" :) and I'm upgrading all my kitchen ware. This roaster is just right for my needs. Heavy enough, the rack is perfect and it cleans easily. I don't mind that the bottom surface isn't perfectly flat because I don't use the roaster to make pan gravies: I deglaze the pan and finish the gravy in a sauce pan. All in all, it's just right.

by Kevin (Sedalia, MO) 9 reviews The pan is typical All-Clad; good quality, well finished and works beautifully. However, the description lists this item as being made in Taiwan. When I received the shipment, I found that the pan had actually been made in China. Had this info been accurately listed on the website, I never would have ordered it to begin with. I prefer A---Clad both for their quality, and the fact that most of their items are made in the USA.
