by Ryan (Saint Charles, MO) 1 review I first used this pan yesterday to make omelets. It took all of 5 minutes to realize how great this pan was. I'd had a $100 pampered chef skillet, and was blown away by the conductivity, evenness of heating and easy of cleanup. Not even the melted cheese stuck to this thing. A fantastic pan, well worth the money it cost, and American made!

The exterior (MC2 finish) is very contemporary and nice looking in an updated kitchen. I have 6 LTD pieces, 1 stainlesss steel piece, and 4 MC2 pieces (recently acquired during a special promotion). All of them are solid performers and beautiful in appearance!

by Mark (Madison, WI) 1 review I know that's the Porsche motto, but it fits All-Clad; and the 12-inch Nonstick Skillet is superb. Excellent for omelets, grilled cheese sandwiches, mirepoix, etc.
