Thanks to the wide base, this holder is stable at all times, even when you want to yank a paper towel off with one hand. Another nice touch is rubber on the bottom to prevent surface damage as well as keep it in place. The insert-turn-and-lock design of the cap/arm piece is o.k. but seems like it could become a little loose over time. As of now it locks in place firmly and stays that way. Overall, I am very happy with this towel holder and I think it will last a long time.
