I decided to make an orange cake and it came out lighter that my calphalon pan that have a darker more pronounced pattern. The pattern was not pronounced, although the cake was fine.
by BLAKE (New Orleans, LA) 3 reviews wow - what a beauty!! - I have only a couple of Bundt pans and this one is now my favorite... literally easy to clean, and such a wonderful fleur de lis design that has caught several eyes!! From Saints Games, to Mardi Gras Parties, to potlucks to family dinners... I keep getting asked how and when do I have time for such details in my baking... the honest answer is it is so easy with this pan to create stunning simple centerpieces that are also delicious to eat!
