The only thing is you have to make sure you spray the pan well, otherwise the cake will stick. It makes for a pretty cake presentation. Cleaning it can be a chore especially if you didn't coat the pan well enough. There are lots of little grooves. It's nice for special occasions.
by christina (Kentwood, MI) 1 review Exceptional pan! I purchased this particular pan to highlight my entry into the Nordic Ware's 2008 Bundts Across American Recipe Contest. I could not have asked for a better tool!! I followed the manufacturer's instructions and use only vegetable shortening to coat the pan - no need for flour - and the cake easily slides from the pan when turned upside down onto the backing rack or dish. If I could rate this pan higher than a 5, I would give it a 10+. The cakes are conversation starters, for sure. Thanks Nordic Ware!
