Breadman Breadman Ultimate Bread Machine:
Bake bread while you're at home or set the 24-hour timer and you'll have a fresh, piping hot, 2-lb. loaf when you wake up in the morning or when you arrive home in the evening. There are 300 programs available on this machine for baking everything from whole wheat and white to cakes. With the push of a button, you can also prepare dough for pizza and pasta or create homemade jam to top your bread. For breads that require nuts or fruit, this model features the patented "x-tras" dispenser. There's even a Pause feature to interrupt the process, a Super Rapid cycle to speed things up and an LED display on top that's easy to read. The interior pan is nonstick so your baked goods slide right out without sticking.

by Patricia (RIO RANCHO, NM) 1 review The Breadman Ultimate Bread Machine is well worth the money. There are far more expensive machines that do not perform nearly as well. I highly recommend this bread maker to anyone who loves homemade bread. Perhaps someday, they will develope a retractable blade and we will no longer have the hole in the bottom of the loaf.
by Janey (THERMOPOLIS, WY) 6 reviews This bread machine works much easier than the Zojirushi that I had but it was defective. The bucket is cheaply made and I have a difficult time getting the paddle out if it does not come out in the loaf of bread. I find pouring the oil (if the recipe calls for oil) on to the shaft helps the paddle come out.
by ann (SAINT HELENA, CA) 1 review :I was very excited to receive my new Breadman machine, but very disappointed when I used it. It is extremely difficult to remove the pan from the machine. The pan moves during the process, making it off center and almost impossible to remove. With a great deal of pushing at each corner and pulling up on the handle, and nearly burning myself, it finally comes out. I've used it three times, now, and each time it is a fight. The bread is fine and I like all the features on the machine, I just wish it were easier to use. Can you give me some helpful suggestions?

by Dave (WINFIELD, IL) 1 review Does exactly as adverstised, almost foolproof if you follow the included recipes and use common sense (the 1 1/2 pound dinner roll recipe has an incorrect amount of water listed - easy to spot & correct).
