by Bruce (ALAMEDA, CA) 4 reviews This is an easy-to-use quesadilla maker (it better be, since using an ordinary greased frying pan for quesadillas is a no-brainer!). We wanted something that bright, cooperative, well-behaved fourth-grade boys (my son's gang) could use away from the oven/range for Saturday-afternoon self-made snacks.
This machine delivers quick easy cooking but should only be used by or with grownups, because the internal surfaces are quite hot, and scalding liquids can drip and leak if too much cheese/filling is placed onto the lower tortilla.
