by mark (Cape Coral, FL) 3 reviews I usually rave about Calphalon. This pan is more on the ordanary side but works great. As with all alluminum griddles it is a fast reacting material so even cooking can be an issue if you dont have a big burner under it. But for my second home where I dont have room for a full sized cast iron griddle this is just fine and being non stick dosnt hurt either!
by Thomas (Renton, WA) 1 review The griddle is heaver than my last one. Convects heat to the whole griddle. Easy lifting items from the surface, Easy to clean
by Audrey (Elk Grove Village, IL) 2 reviews I love my new griddle. I had one - not by Calphalon - that I purchased in 1984 and it had become warped and in bad condition. I decided that I needed a new one and there was no contest as to which brand to buy - it had to be Calphalon. I bought my starter set of Calphalon in 1984 and I am still using them as of this date. I now have 44 pieces of Calphalon and this does not include lids.
They make quality, long lasting cookware and no one should be afraid to invest in their products.
I had a problem with a Windsor pot so I called the company in Toledo and they told me to send them the pot and they would replace it which they did. They stand behind their products.
I do catering and I have given cooking classes so my Calphalon gets alot of use.
by Mary (East Wakefield, NH) 5 reviews The griddle is a great pan. It is made well, it is heavy and sturdy on the burners. Best of all my kids love it and use it all the time for grilled cheese sandwhiches and pancakes. It is very easy to clean!
