I thought it was the same as the 10 inch skillet you sold in the Calphalon combo (10 & 12 inch non-stick skillets) for $49.95. this pan does not release very good at all, even with the use of oil. I was very disappointed in this product but was unable to return it because it has been used several times. A product is only a good value for the price if it works.

It was a real shock to me that the handle did not get hot when cooking with it on the stove. Am looking forward to getting more of this high quality cook ware. I am very particular about what I use in my kitchen. I think that women should think about the kitchen like men think about their garage. Does a man use low quality tools to work on his car? Heaven forbid. A woman should use the same thinking when she puts together her kitchen. I am not the best cook or home maker, but I do have good products in my kitchen and everyone enjoys coming to my home to eat.
