Included in the set is a Long Spoon, Spatula and Rice Paddle, all made of burnished bamboo, which is heat-resistant so it stands up to high temperatures, especially from a hot wok. It won't soften like other utensils and is resistant to stains.

GREAT FOR USE ON NON-STICK COOKWARE, AND THE STURDY SPOONS STIR LIKE CRAZY. I KNOW MY DAUGHTER WILL ENJOY THESE KITCHEN TOOLS. BAMBOO IS GREAT, AND THESE HAVE A NICE POLISHED FINISH.
