by Catherine (Florissant, MO) 1 review The Raclette makes a party happen. You can have so many things ready to cook that each person can help themselves and then cook only what they like. We used pork tenderloin, mushrooms, shrimp, chicken, sliced potatoes (pre-boiled a little), peppers, onions, and then to top it all off - pound cake slices and fresh pineapple in the little tins under the heat source with chocolate on top. Each of us could season to taste and then eat and enjoy and we could all talk and eat all night. A great get together time!!
