by Jane (CLOVIS, CA) 1 review This is a small rotisserie, which is perfect for my use. I didn't want anything to large taking space on the counter. I store it in the cabinet when not in use. It does a great job, especially on chicken and tri tips and very easy to keep clean. The bottom tray slides out, I line it with foil, then the back plate slides out for easy washing. I think the key to keeping it clean is not letting it sit after use.
