Starbucks Coffee Arabian Mocha Sanani Whole Bean Coffee:

Arabian Mocha Sanani is truly an exotic coffee, displaying a dazzling array of spice, cocoa, wine, and berries. It is both tantalizing and challenging at any time of day, at any temperature.

The coffee industry in Yemen, where this coffee is grown, is at the opposite end of the spectrum from Kenya in terms of organization and grading. Sanani is neither well sorted or graded.

By any technical standard, the coffee is inconsistent. The coffee is grown wild, and is picked from trees as well as off the ground. Yet this wild coffee remains an object of desire for coffee buyers all over the world.

Coffee buyers often use the term Sanani to refer to coffee grown in the region around San'a, a historic cultural center and the capital of modern day Yemen.

Just for fun, try Sanani next to House Blend. Nobody will be able to say all coffee tastes the same after that experience.

Finding and purchasing the best green beans in the world is the first step that differentiates Starbucks Coffee from the rest of the coffee industry. Starbucks is well-known for its exceptionally high quality coffees, care in selection, and expertise in roast. Each coffee is selected for the defining qualities that distinguish its origin. This careful selection process illustrates Starbucks passion for buying and roasting the world's best coffee. (Item #205988) w2

These are Starbuck's 2nd best beans. They brew into a very tasty coffee and also make an exceptional Espresso. The favors are very bold and complex. The beans always look small and are frequently broken, but the beverage they produce is one of my favorates.

I must confess that I like Starbucks coffee. But, I was more than hesitant when I ordered their Arabian Mocha Sanani Coffee Beans - mainly because the price was high. Truth be told, I am glad I did. It has been a year since I placed that order and since then, this is the only coffee I purchase.

Tastes differ and you may not be as thrilled with this product as me. But the coffee has a dark, earthy taste with just a hint of mocha. Never in my life did I think that such a distinct falvor would occur naturally, but, nevertheless, it is there.

Although we like the bold coffees - this blend is by far the boldest. I adjusted my coffee maker after the first brew to make it less strong.
