It's made my life one heck of a lot easier for sauces and vegetables; I'm not disappointed with its performance for slightly bigger jobs, either. I never cook for more than 5 people, so this was a perfect choice. I thought cleaning the pieces would be a nightmare, but it's surprisingly easy! I certainly believe I received a quality product for the money I paid.
