After 4 oranges my hand and wrist hurt. I expected that I would put the fruit on the top pull down the lid or something and the motor of the unit would extract the juice from the fruit.

I ran to the store and got oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit; began using it to make juice and never has it been easier to do or clean up afterwards and my cold was gone in two days. I have it sitting out on my counter right next to my coffee pot which is Cuisinart and stainless steel and black....Stylish and simple perfect for the simpler life. Now I can have fresh orange juice every day. Thank you.
