Tazo Teas Matcha with Honeydew Liquid Tea:

Item Size: Two 32-oz. Cartons

A delicious blend of lightly sweetened Matcha green tea from Japan, accented with hints of melon and ripe tropical fruits.

Tazo has reincarnated and captured the essence of authentic chai and packaged it for modern day consumption.

Tazo was created for one purpose: to reinvent tea and the tea experience. By using high quality ingredients and a tremendous amount of experience and creativity, Tazo has produced unique products that create an emotional connection with the consumer at many levels. Tazo continues to expose consumers to the ancient traditions of tea, but presents this in a way that is bold, interesting and intriguing.

Unlike other tea companies, Tazo purchases teas in their original container as packed at the garden to ensure the tea inside the chest or bag stays garden fresh and is not exposed to the heat and moisture in a blending facility at one of the tea shipping points.

The blending process is a very subtle art form that relies on subjective measurement of taste, color and aroma. Tazo constantly taste and determine which teas will go in which blend in what percentage, so flavor profiles remain consistent and of the highest quality possible.

The name Tazo has roots in many civilizations. Tazo actually means "river of life" in the Romany Gypsy language and was used as a toast to life by ancient Greeks. Tazo also means "fresh" in several Hindi dialects. In ancient Babylonia, Tazo was a rejuvenating elixir thought to have magical properties.

Tazo is kosher certified by KSA. (Item #206779) w5

Tazo Matcha Green Tea

I was a little sceptical to try a concentrated green tea. However, I was quickly surprised how much I enjoy my Tazo Matcha Green Tea concentrate. I was tired of paying $4 for one at Starbucks (even though they are good!). This was a nice way of getting essentially the same thing. However, I prefer to drink mine with half concentrate and half milk.

It will take some practice to get the mix right for your taste, but if you don't have a latte maker, you can get a good blend here that is a little more or less than 1 to 1. Warm gently and stir constantly.

Every morning I mix milk and matcha 50/50 and gently warm it to drink while I write my morning pages. It is truly a sweet way to wake up.
And during the day I will drink one or two (if I've been good enough) more.
I don't feel guilty because I know I am helping to maintain strong bones. As if I need a reason to treat myself to something wonderful.

Tazo Matcha - tasty and refreshing

Like many others, I was looking to achieve the Starbucks Green Tea Frappuccino effect when I bought this product. I didn't succeed in replicating the popular Starbucks drink, but I did discover a sweet, delightful concoction.

Tazo Matcha Green Tea with Honeydew Concentrate is my morning wakeup.
Mixed 50 - 50 with Milk, warmed and savored. My morning ritual to start the day sweetly and comfortly. I serve it to those I love but I keep most of it for me.
