by Donna (Hanover, VA) 5 reviews I like this, but you really have to keep your heat super low under the grill - in fact, you really need to butter/olive oil/PAM; whatever, this thing up BIG time before you use it. I had to use a plastic scraper and then had to go for the big time Brillo pad to clean it and I still didn't get it as clean as I wanted to. Kind of takes the fun out of the meal when you have to spend more time washing dishes than it did to cook and eat.....But, I'll use it again, I just have to figure out a way to keep the veggies and fish from sticking. Just put the heat on super low. I like the charred taste though...

Very pleased with the griddle. It's large enough and doesn't cover the grill completely so there's room to cook other items. I like the concept to be able to cook veggies on one side and meat/seafood on the other side.The cleanup is a snap.
