by Suzette (Enumclaw, WA) 1 review I bake a lot, and I haven't found any oven gloves that don't burn when removing a cookie sheet from the oven to the counter. the hands get a little hot. These oven gloves work well, and protect my arms, which often will just touch the hot oven rack or the side of the cookie sheet while I'm working. The best part is that they are not expensive! Got one for my husband for his grilling too!
by Lea (Mount Juliet, TN) 1 review Bought set of two gloves as a gift for my older, college-aged son to use in his new job at local bakery taking pastry, cake, pie, and cookie trays and pans out of their huge oven. I got nervous when he said they used thick towels as potholders to grab the pans. The new gloves were very stiff because they are also very thick. I had to wash them first to make the fabric softer to satisfy him.
