It cooks evenly my kids love them! Especially with confectionary sugar sprinkeled on them. Easy clean up! With 3 kids that is a must!
by Marcia (Saginaw, MI) 1 review Well my Aunt has had a pizzelle iron for alot of years......I always had to borrow it if I wanted to make them for myself.So I decided to buy my own. I thought getting one that was non stick would be good. But I have used it only once and it doesn't bake them very even. They are either to light or to dark....some of them even cook uneven so the tops are dark and the bottoms are light....So I guess I'm not really happy with the product...
by Joshua (Ottumwa, IA) 1 review The pizzelle iron was exactly as described and attributed in other comments. It was easy to use, heated quickly, and produced the pizzelles I was craving after some trial-and-error on my part.
A guidebook provided, with recipes, was also beneficial and had some basic tips as well.
If I were shopping again, I would consider looking for one with removable plates for washing ease; however, that is for my own benefit and not a criticism of the product, since it was not expected nor promised.
