Though amazingly compact in looks, this smoker is equipped with two 18.5-in. grates that let you smoke both a turkey and a ham at once. At the bottom is a porcelain-enameled water pan that adds steam to the cooking process so your meat stays moist and tender. In front is a rust-resistant door that lets you add fuel easily and conveniently. The grates are triple nickel-plated, the bowl and lid are porcelain-enameled and the handle is glass-reinforced nylon. Limited 10-year warranty.

After thoroughly researching things and seeing the rave reviews the WSM got, I decided to give it a go and I have to say, it lives up to the hype. It will hold a consistent temperature for a long period of time and, using the minion method, I've not had to add extra coals to a cook once. This is the first smoker I have owned and I've not had a bad cook yet (2 chuck roasts, ribs and a pork butt). In fact, it has been perfect every time. Two thumbs WAY up!
