With DeLonghi's Cool-Touch Deep Fryer, you get an extra-large basket for frying chicken strips, French fries, onion rings or tempura, an exterior lift handle so you can raise or lower the basket without coming into contact with the hot oil, and an easy-to-clean front drainage system that dispenses used oil into your own container for using later or discarding. (Temperature range for the oil is 350 - 370 degrees.) On top is a large viewing window and underneath is a magnetic cord that detaches from the fryer if accidentally pulled. The interior is nonstick for easy cleanup, and the unit comes with two replaceable filters that absorb any unpleasant odors caused from frying. It's designed with non-slip feet that prevent the fryer from moving around while in use, side handles to help with lifting and a cool-touch exterior for added safety.

by Julie (BURTONSVILLE, MD) 3 reviews I really enjoy this deep fryer - I knew I'd get in trouble when I bought it because I do like fried foods!, so I suggest using in moderation, but it's very easy to clean and operate and it make fries, hashbrowns and chicken perfectly brown and crisp. Definitely recommend, but use sparingly :)!
