Weber Barbecue Beeper Digital Thermometer:

Take the guesswork out of grilling by using this digital thermometer and get the desired doneness on meats and poultry. Using the latest technology, it offers a remote system for checking the temperature of your food so you can stay clear of the heat. Simply place the meat probe into the food and select the doneness setting you prefer. Clip the remote on your apron or waistband and wait for the "beep", indicating it's time to take food off the grill. No more overcooked food again!

Temperature range is -4 to 482 degrees F, also measures in Celsius.

I have not used the product at this time so I can't write a review. I love the concept.

Barbecue Digital Thermometer

I bought this item for my husband because I call him the "grillmaster" and on the weekends he is the boss of the grill. It's really hard to judge whether or not brisket or chicken are done without having a real good thermometer. He opened up the box when it came and he was real happy to see what I bought him. Of course he tried it out right away because the batteries came with it. He used it with our grill and with our smoker. The meat was perfectly cooked and reached the right temperature leaving everything we grilled and smoked to perfection. Juicy, and fall of the bone goodness everytime!!!!!!!

Other than a few failed attempts at getting the two to sync up with each other (had to take the batteries out and reset a few times) but after that works like a charm.

No More Well Done Steaks

I love this product. My husband always made my steaks well done. Just how he like them. I like them to be medium and moist. He now can't tell me he got distracted by the TV or anything and that is why my steak is well done!

Where has this been all my cooking life

No lifting the barbecue lid or opening up that caserole dish. Once you know where the temp gauge needs to be placed in your food, you just have to trust the control. I usually pull the food out when the 5 minute alert tells you it is 5 degrees from being done. Leave the prong in the food and you will see that it will reach the tempreture you need. Amazing..... truly amazing.
