by paul (DENVER, CO) 3 reviews I have never owned a knife that is such a pleasure to use. I prefer this knife over the European knives because of its balance, sharpness and beauty. I installed a magnetic kife bar in the kitchen just so I can enjoy my Shun knives even when I am not using them.
