Easy to use, easy to clean, and great rice comes out (have not had a chance to do brown rice yet). The teflon coated insert makes clean up a snap. Would definitely recommend.

We really only use our rice cooker to cook rice - but we like the option of being able to steam veggies as well. Clean up is a breeze. Definitely a good value for the money!
