by Denise (Hurst, TX) 1 review This is a good pan for about two people. I used it to saute chicken breasts in and I was able to do three chicken breasts with mushrooms and onions. It cooks like a dream and cleans up better than you can imagine. I love all my All-Clad items, they are on the expensive side - but they last and last.
by Debora (APO, AP) 6 reviews This pan is a bit more on the expensive side but you get such a workhorse for the price. It executes a multitude of cooking techniques easily and with great results. It's double handle design and small size are able to fit into my apartment's teeny, tiny (argh) oven yet large enough to yield plenty of paella, seared chicken or whatever I'm making. It is beautiful (I didn't want to use it at first it was so pretty!) that going from stove/oven to table is a no brainer and you don' t have to dirty an extra dish. The extras are really useful and just a nice - great bonus. This pan has become my all purpose.
