by AURALEE (Spencerville, IN) 1 review I bought this thinking I could use it to cook smaller amounts of pasta and strain it like they do in the bigger (huge) pots since it's just my husband and I now. But, it will not work, the bottom sits up to high to be able to cook any pasta's in it. It's only use is for steaming. Wish it was more versatile.
