From Anolon's SureGrip bakeware line, this springform pan is an essential piece when baking a cheesecake or other dessert with delicate sides and a crust on the bottom. Constructed of carbon steel (a better heat conductor than stainless), it has a nonstick coating so there are no concerns of stuck-on messes. Once baked, just unclip the buckle and the sides of the pan will loosen without tearing your dessert. Dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.

by David (NEW ROCHELLE, NY) An excellent product! I've used it many times, faultlessly, for a special dessert of mine. It's dishwasher-proof (although it's so easy to clean by hand) with no effect on the nonstick surfaces. In another 75 years I plan to buy another one.
by Lila (Thermal, CA) 1 review This pan works really well, but it has a pretty large lip, so removing my cheesecakes are sometimes challenging. I just flipped the bottom around and use it that way. No problem sticking!
