by C. (CATONSVILLE, MD) I purchased this as a requested gift and the recipients are very happy. Despite another reviewer's comments, my sister finds the unit easy to operate and it dispenses product easily.
by Carmen (ARLINGTON, VA) 1 review For the money that I spent, I find the product inadequate. I've thrown away the gold filter = way too many grounds ended up in the carafe. The holder for the filter is a real pain to fit back into the slot - the holder for espresso pods was damaged. I had to toss it out. The small water filter for the water container on the coffee side was missing . I have neither the time nor the energy to send this thing back. Once I find a better coffee maker/espress maker, this thing is going in the trash. The only saving grace is that it makes decent coffee.
