My roaster came with a baster and temperature probe, great deal. Everything came out perfect. The meals were great and the clean up easy,too. What more could you ask for? Calphalon is great quality at a fair price which makes it a value.

My hands are large and my palms are over four inches in width, but the handles provide a secure grip even using bulky pot holders. The shape and size is right for my needs. The pan pours well from any of the four corners. The non-stick finish on pan and included Vee Rack makes clean up quick and easy.

I just which they would offer lower priced 'completer' sets rather than everything 'ala carte.' Calphalon...are you listening???
