Bodum Black Cordless Water Kettle:
Save energy using this amazing Ibis kettle - it boils 50-oz. of water in less than 12 minutes using a 1500 watt power heating element that warms the water directly. Energy enters the water without getting lost heating up the metal body of your kettle! With its oval shape, this handy cordless kettle is designed to have a permanent place at the kitchen counter, taking up minimal space. Made of a heat-reinforced polypropylene plastic and a stainless steel heating element, it is an indispensable and practical everyday tool for cooking. The easy-to-read water level indicator shows in ounces and liters the amount ready to boil. And it will automatically cut off power after the water boils a short while. No more dry boils! The Ibis also has a special "scale filter" which reduces the amount of calcium in your water. With this filter your tea and coffee will become even more aromatic and tasteful.

by Virgina (Pelham, AL) 1 review the the best endorsement I can give this item is that I have one and use it ALL THE TIME.!!!! Now my two daughters can have and use their own.....
by Marcia (Fleming Island, FL) 1 review I love my new cordless water kettle. I recently moved to Florida from England and it's just like the one I had at home. It heats water so much faster than a kettle on my electric stove and leaves burner space free for other use.
by Margaret (Oconomowoc, WI) 1 review The best kettleI I have purchased online. I drink tea, at least 5 cups per day . This kettle is used lots of times during the day, very quiet and fast. I love it !
by alexander (SOUTHFIELD, MI) 3 reviews Was loving this thing for a month - then the electrical contacts in the base melted together because the corresponding prongs inside the pitchers were poorly made and started overheating. Now its a fire hazard and it won't come of the base with out serious effort. Pay a little more for a better one.
