This coffee maker, in black with stainless accents, is one of Mr. Coffee's more stylish machines complete with a selector that lets you choose the brewing strength of your coffee, a removable stainless steel shower head that sprays the grounds for even better tasting coffee and dual windows to monitor the amount of water inside. It brews up to 12 cups of coffee, features pause-and-serve so you can sneak a cup before brewing is finished and comes with a fresh brew timer. It makes great coffee and in a short time, and I drink a lot of coffee. Easy clean up. It is not a large bulky coffee maker yet very stylish which is a nice feature. I, sure have not had any of the problems that were in some of the reviews, and I would surley recomend it and I would purchase again.

I also don't like having to change a water filter every month. Seems like a gimmick to make more money. If the flavor improved with its use I would be supportive but it doesn't seem to make any difference. The coffee we buy is fresh beans from a local roaster so I don't think it is the quality of the coffee affecting the flavor.

It is stylish, and goes with my home decor and it is very reliable. It beeps when it is ready and it beeps before it turns off after two hours!! Great product!
