Cuisinart Red Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker:

Using Cuisinart's automatic frozen yogurt, ice cream and sorbet maker, you can enjoy homemade desserts using fresh fruit, low-fat or regular creams and all the ingredients you love - you can even create your own unique combinations. It's fun and easy, especially now with the introduction of its latest pop of color, red! The heavy-duty motor makes your favorite treat in only 20-30 minutes, eliminating excess time in the kitchen. For an even harder, more firm dessert, place finished ice cream in your freezer for 6 to 22 hours. The top spout is sized a bit larger for adding ingredients, and the easy-lock transparent lid stays tightly closed while in operation. The double insulated freezer bowl holds up to 1.5 quarts. To use, the freezer bowl must be frozen before you begin your recipe which eliminates the need for ice or salt as in traditional ice cream makers. The included recipe booklet helps you get creative, and also contains recipes for sherbet and frozen drinks.

Excellent Purchase

I've been looking for an ice cream maker for quite a while. I read all the reviews and bought this one because most were happy with the quality of the finished product.
I used the vanilla recipe that came with the machine and it was really VERY good! It didn't freeze as hard as i would have liked but it was delicious!

I would definitely recommend this machine - ESPECIALLY good quality for the price!

My co-workers gave me a food network store gift certificate for my birthday. They all know that I am a food network junkie. I have always wanted an ice cream maker. The price was too good to pass up. Have made vanilla ice cream and triple berry sorbet. Both of them churned and were ready for the freezer in 20 to 25 minutes. I definitely like this product.

If you didn't have to freeze it after you made it to make it more solid but don't know how you would design it. Easy to use and easy clean up.My 11 yr. old grandson just made his first batch by himself and loves it.

This machine works great and is simple in design. Easy to clean. I've made several flavors of ice cream and it is superior to factory made products.

i have used one before until it bit the dust. I ordered another one to replace it. We absolutely love making fresh sorbets. Nothing tops this product as far as I'm concerned.
