Snow River Maple Carving Board:

To accommodate large roasts, the holiday bird and more, this oval board is top notch. Made of hard rock maple, it features a trough to catch juices and prevent spills. The 20 x 13.5-in. size is ample, yet still easy to manage. For lasting results, wipe clean with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. (Item #217909) w1

Well, you get what you pay for - the lesson I learned with
this carving board. I don't know if I just happened to get
a bad one, but the wood split in just under a week.
