Instructions: The freezer bowl must be frozen for 18-24 hours prior to first use. Before each use, bowl must be completely frozen. Cycle time: 30-min. for soft-serve ice cream. For firmer consistency put in freezer for 1-2 additional hours.

The first batch I tried didn't freeze because I didnt get the core cool enough. So I put the core back in the freezer for 15 hours and then tried again and it worked like a champ. I love this so much. Now I need a bigger freezer so I can just store the core in the freezer all the time.
