Sear steaks, seafood, veggies and more - rain or shine. This indoor grill sits right on your countertop or table for cooking all the food you'd normally do on a barbecue or stovetop grill. It includes two sets of grids - one for grilling and the other, a griddle for favorites like breakfast foods and sandwiches. Both have nonstick surfaces so food won't stick and cleanup is a snap. Surfaces remove for cleaning in the dishwasher. The grill offers 120 square inches of cooking surface when opened flat, and for fast grilling, lower the top half and sear both sides of food at once. Other highlights include a removable tray for catching fat, a timer with auto shutoff and a booklet of 20 recipes.

Because of this I bought my son the Grill/Griddle for Christmas and haven't talked to him since he used it. But I am sure he will get as much or more use than I as his family cooks more than this old lady.

Could be a bit hotter but would buy again. Got rid of my old units basically because of the hassle of cleaning.and will put up with the lower heat because of the ease of cleaning.

This product grills meat and sandwiches perfectly in a short amount of time saving the propane gas on our grill for bigger events. The size is good for two people but the limitations are fit (only two pieces of meat at a time) and the hinge on the back could be bigger for more even cooking of thicker pieces of meat or panini's made with thicker bread. I find I have to turn the larger sandwiches or meat around on the grill midway through for even cooking.
by Lev (GOLDEN, CO) 1 review It is wondefully simple to clean. It cooks at only one temperature which is just right for it's intended use. However, don't think that you can use it open for a pacake grill. It's not hot enough.
