Oneida Nonstick Roasting Pan with Rack:
This professional-weight roaster is made of polished aluminum with a nonstick interior and rack for quick cleanup. Use it with or without the rack (it is removable) for roasting a chicken, cooking a holiday turkey or a pork tenderloin. The roaster has cast aluminum handles that are riveted for added strength as you lift it from the oven and carry to your countertop. This large roaster holds up to a 25-lb. turkey.
Please note: This item is not recommended for ceramic/glass or induction top stoves.
by Richard (MCKINNEY, TX) My recent purchase of the Nonstick Roasting Pan w/Rack by Oneida was a great addition to the other items I have purchased from Cooking.com. I was actually surprised to see how sturdy and well made it was. The first time we used it, it was for an 8 lb. Prime Rib during Christmas. I can see cooking even the heaviest of turkeys with this pan, with its riveted handles and sturdy design. Great value for the money!! It will last many more Christmas' to come.
by Annette (WILMINGTON, DE) I had a large gathering for Thanksgiving and the roaster held a 25 lb Turkey with no problem. It was very sturdy and easy to remove in and out of the oven. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who entertains alot.
