by Lyne (Vista, CA) I needed this size for cooking my special diet for my health problems, and I decided to go for what seemed to be the best. I could not be more pleased with this pan!! It is lightweight for my bad shoulders, heats very evenly (does need more careful pre-heating attention) and has the best non stick surface I have ever seen. I felt it was worth it to pay a bit more in hopes of getting the best quality. I would definitely recommend this line of cookware!!

We purchased the small Scanpan fry pan a number of years ago and found that it seems to last longer and cook better than the All-Clad non-stick. All-Clad is great cookware and Scanpan is great non-stick cookware!
